Within Dishman there is clear understanding that COMMUNICATION is by far the single most important criteria in ensuring successful project outcome. Recognising this, Dishman has a team of dedicated, technically trained project managers whose role is to act as facilitators and primary customer interfaces on individual projects. Our aim is open, responsive customer service and project management.

The project managers are part of multidisciplinary project teams whose primary objective is delivery of the project on time, on budget and to the quality standards expected by the customer.

Adherence to a process, allied to the rigour of our communication, ensure a transparency and a consistency of project management performance and successful delivery of customer expectations.
